Trading and leverage carry a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your entire capital. Any analysis, suggestion or parameter produced by an AI may be wrong. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer.

You must judge every trade yourself and are responsible for all activity on your account. “Accepted” from a tool does not mean “filled” — verify with an order query.

Terms of service

• The tool is provided as-is and may change, pause or stop during beta
• Do not use it for market manipulation, money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Do not bypass authorization or stress-test the upstream service
• uSMART may limit or terminate access for risk-control reasons

Privacy

• In local mode, credentials stay in ~/.usmart on your machine
• Tool arguments never accept accounts, passwords, keys or tokens
• Write audits are stored locally and are used to reconcile limits

SG accounts only for now. Available markets and products depend on the regulations of your region and your uSMART account agreement.
